The Sales Department Manager is responsible for sales department personnel and ensures the department exceeds minimum sales and activity quotas on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

• Conducts weekly meetings with the sales department to review sales progress for the week, progress working various programs, provide employee recognition, and review monthly budgets to ensure department is on target.
• Reviews daily pre-list and sales reports from sales representatives and calls back on prospective customers from these reports to verify activity quotas.
• Ensures that sales representatives adhere to pricing schedules and follow applicable state and local laws.
• Reviews service agreements, graphs, proposals, etc. for accuracy and neatness.
• Completes field training and evaluation of all new and existing sales representatives.
• Responsible for collections from sales by the sales department.
• Attends, and ensures that all sales representatives attend, all requested meetings.
• Assures compliance of the sales representatives in all areas as outlined in their job description.
• Responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring adequate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Saturday and evening work may be required at times.

• Proven track record in sales and the ability to communicate, present and influence clients/customers
• Previous experience in a management role preferred, ideally in a sales department
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A Great Attitude and Work Ethic
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
